Hi, I’m Lauren!

I have a degree in photography, a deep love for all things birth and postpartum, and two cats who firmly believe they are in charge of my household.


Before becoming a doula, I spent a few years behind the camera, documenting motherhood in a warm, natural way. Photography taught me how to slow down, notice the small moments, and appreciate the strength and beauty that exist even in the messiest, most tender seasons of life. That way of seeing carries directly into my doula work.

I’m drawn to birth work because I believe people deserve to feel supported, respected, and cared for during one of the most vulnerable and transformative times of their lives. My approach is calm, supportive, and very much centered on your choices, no judgment, no pressure, just steady presence and encouragement.

My approach to doula care is gentle, supportive, and centered entirely around you. I believe there is no single “right” way to experience pregnancy, birth, or postpartum. How you experience this journey matters.
